TIPS Vision AI provides AI-powered medical prescription analysis and drug interaction checking services. The App uses artificial intelligence to interpret images of prescriptions and provide medication safety information.

- Registration: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App.
- Use the App to generate advice for illicit drug manufacturing or misuse.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the App.
- Upload malicious code or viruses.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developers of TIPS Vision AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIPS Vision AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sudan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
