Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Subscriptions
TIPS Vision AI may offer subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, Yearly) that grant access to premium features, such as unlimited scans or detailed interaction reports.
2. In-App Purchases
All purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through the app store platform you downloaded the App from (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not store your credit card information on our servers. And contact us on email with your medical license to grant the verification
3. Refunds
Since payments are processed by Apple or Google, we do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be made to the respective app store:
- Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play Store: Visit the Google Play Help page to request a refund.
- Contact us on email directly: Contact our technical support directly to request a refund.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
