End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, TIPS Vision AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Application.
- Sell, rent, lease, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the Application.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright notices) of TIPS Vision AI.
3. Updates
We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application, which may include new updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, features and functionality ("Updates"). You agree that all Updates will be deemed part of the Application and be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that TIPS Vision AI is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof.
5. Apple/Google Terms
- Apple App Store: If you downloaded this App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and TIPS Vision AI only, not with Apple.
- Google Play Store: If you downloaded this App from Google Play, you agree to comply with all applicable Google Play policies.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, TIPS Vision AI expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
